Hello crafty peeps...

Hope you and yours had a wondeful Easter... it was GORGEOUS here!!!

Today I have this way cool little project for Pinque Peacock...
 

When I seen this in the shop I knew I had to have one.... it's the NEW Pallet Palooza Item, made from a pallet!!! Thats right a pallet which you find freight shipped on! COOL HUH!!!! Now mine I have here is custom.... I wanted mine to house my business cards at events that I decorate for... like weddings! The Park Bench Desktop Organizer can come in a vaierty of colors or in raw wood.... I requested mine without the organizer, which the owner Jessica was wonderful to do for me, well her and Mr. Peacock, her hubby Lance... and then I decorated to fit ME!

I added spanish moss, tulle, mulberry flowers and leaves (visit craftycity.com for these
beautiful flowers), a Felt Popper and the Natural Colors Feathers which are available on a
pre order at Pinque Peacock and lastly some pearl trim. The business cards I printed on the
Cardmaker Series™ Pearls Cardstock Sheet - Pearly White - 8.5 x 11 paper pad...
this cardstock is great to use especially if you want a girly kind of business card!!! 

 

Now onto my business card holder....

Hello crafty peeps...

The weekend is finally here!!!

Thanks for stopping by to check out my Mother's Day Tag I created using the "Petticoat Ephemera" Printable Journal Kit by Tsunami Rose Designs. This is the NEWEST Printiable Kit and is it GORGEOUS!!!!. I used one of the pages and sentiments to create this lovely tag. I used UTEE along the edges... if you haven't ever used this cool stuff you gotta try it! Before using that though I distressed the edges with vintage photo distressing ink. I tore along the edges of the image and repeated by ditressing the edges next I then glued it to the tag, rolling two of the edges up and then once I glued it I mod podged the image all over. I also rolled the sentiment to give it that wavy look... this sentiment and others are also in the kit. I applied tulle, various mulberry flowers and leaves, charms, flatback pearls, feathers, pearl strands, ribbon and a spoon charm... and here you goooooo....

Hello crafty peeps....

Today I have a very special card... its special cause ia dear friend of mine is now doing her own 12x12 digital designs. Sandra Hensley from Paper Willow Designs, who I have known since she was a little tike. She is soooo awesome and sooo talented!!!... and I was so honored she asked me to show off her work. So I had to pair her work with one of my favorite handmade embellishment from PINQUE PEACOCK... the 1.5 Fabric Covered Button in the Fresh Farm Burlap.... these two products are AWESOME Together. I simply embossed a 3.75x5.75 piece of carstock and the distress it a little with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo distressing ink, added some vintage lace, created my own sentiment with the help of my Sillhoutte.... and BAM!!!
