For todays project I have altered a composition

notebook...Now the funny to this is... I used my son's

torn off blue jean pocket to make a girly book. Now I

am sure he would have rather seen me make something

a bit more manly, but all in all he thought he was

a cool idea...lol!! So I covered the whole book with the

jeans... then added bling and flatback pearls along with some

charms all from  Miriam's Crafting Supplies.

Then using the "Life Abloom" Printable Journal from

Tsunami Rose Designs I made tags, and note cards

for the front pocket.. I also used the journal to create

inside covers and took one of the library envelopes

and made a pocket. Then I added the Giggles Toxic Trimmer

by Toxic Sass around the composition notebook to give

the effect of a belt... I finished it out with lace and added

a chram on the back... these trimmers are sooo adorable...

and can be used for many creative and crafty ideas! Added some

mulberry flowers, leaves and ric-rak... The "Bling Flowers" are DT

Virginia's idea she did on one of her projects... sooo thanks Virginia!!!

I also added some lace along the edge and ran it through for a bookmark!!!
